It’s been raining like a bad sally and as a result I haven’t been on a photo walk in a couple days. The almighty Weather Network said I’d be waiting for years for the sun to break and I was getting unbearably antsy so I tucked my camera in my coat and went for a long walk that left me soaked, suffering from a severe case of rainbite, but nevertheless happy.

I’m not sure why all the bad-ass music photos and humorous series’ I usually post have been replaced lately with sentimental shots of flowers and such. I think the smell of cottonwood is going to my head.

I read somewhere that if we could only see the miracle of a single flower clearly our whole life would change. Since I have pretty poor eyesight I decided to leave it up to my camera to do the seeing:
