This is what happens when one spends a few days in Nanton, Alberta with nothing but whiskey and a self-timer for company.

Last night I ended up at a house concert in a heritage home in Nanton, an antique ranching community in the southern Alberta foothills.
Behold the lovely Ann Vriend and Coco Love Alcorn, who is indeed performing with a baby in her belly.

Last month I hitched a ride on a Southbound Greyhound with a maiden who also sports my first name and last initial for something dubbed Operation Car Retrieval/Pepto Bismol. The car retrieval portion of the operation found us singing across the golden Alberta prairies in the antique ranching community of Nanton.
